I live in Seattle, where I am employed by the WWAMI Rural Health Research Center at the University of Washington. I am either a mad scientist, or an evil scientist, depending upon which of my friends you listen to. I have a B.S. in Biology from UCLA, as well as an M.P.H. in Epidemiology and a Ph.D. in Psychology, both from the aforesaid University of Washington.

In my spare time, I collect toys. Lots and lots and lots of toys. And dolls, too! And little plushies. You'd be apalled!
