- Vampire Miyu
- How long have we waited for Vampire Princess Miyu toys? Too long?
Now here's not one, but two dolls from Tsukuda Hobby. Just to repeat,
these Tsukuda dolls are around 13 or 14 inch scale, and with joints a
plenty. This Miyu (in her Vampire kimono) even has ribbons to tie around
her feet.
- Miyu Yamano
- Here's Miyu in her school uniform. These dolls are based on the new
Miyu anime (can't recall offhand if it's a TV show or and OAV), which is
the reason for the inclusion of that disturbing little mascot. Now if
only they'd make Larva!
- Rava
- Sigh! It's Vampire Miyu's faithful sidekick and bishounen, Rava.
Here's a glimpse of the inside of this hunk-meister's box. Note that he's not only got the Noh
mask, but a whole Noh head! Plus a wicked scythe. Dig those red
fingernails.
- Takara body Vampire Princess
Miyu
- Before there was Buffy, there was a Japanese schoolgirl who went
around being a vampire, dammit, as well as sending those nasty,
nasty shinma back to the darkness. This version of Miyu has the 11 inch
scale Super Action Jenny body, and real hair. The cool thing is, she's
almost the right scale for the Tsukuda Hobby Rava doll. For you
compulsive types, here's a look at the doll in box. This is the TV version of
Miyu, by the way, where she occasionally makes like Sailor Moon with some
colorful, elaborate attacks, and long speeches.
